Purchase Requisitions filtered on 'Created By'

Hi 

I am trying to filter all purchase requisitions by created by that gives a name rather than a number, can any one provide some advise?

I have tried the following apps but they don't select all requisitions only active ones:

Monitor Purchase requisition Items

Purchase requisition items by account assignment.

There is currently no app where you can filter purchase requisitions by the name of the creator. They can be filtered by the technical identifier that identifies each user in Manage Purchase Requisitions. These identifiers often look like this example, "CB9980000179". Once you know the technical identifier for an individual, you can filter for the PRs they created using the filter "Name of Person who Created the Object".
