Purchase requisition not getting created in subcontracting operation in production order

I have maintained the master data for Subcontracting operation. But while creating the Production order the PR for the external operation is not getting created.

Info record - ME11 with no material

While creating the production order getting the below issue.

Please support me on creating the purchase requisition for sub operation.

Have you maintained the configuration  Account assignment F and item category L?

I have maintained the combination in OMG0 and now its working. Thanks a lot Jagdeep
