as person that have the right to approve PR , the transaction ME5F display only the Pr waiting my approval or display all the PR waiting approval even if they are not related to me .
That depends on the selection criteria of ME5F. Purchase requisitions are released with release codes. You have an authorization to release with specific release codes. Thus you should enter the code when you run ME5F. It's at the top of the selection screen.
thanks for your feedback , so if i understand correctly the logic is based in release code by consquence i can see the list of PR's even if i don't have the authorization for approval.
