Purchase Requisition list not getting displayed in ME21N transaction for particular user

Hi,

We are getting following issue in ME21N transaction. User go to ME21N and click on Document overview screen and click on purchase requisitions and from there he will get all the PR list as per the inputs he gives in selection and then select one PR and then convert to PO. Issue is for one user id PR list is not getting displayed and following message is displayed. One more thing is this issue is not coming for other id's. The user who is getting this issue is having authorization to ME53N.

Please Check Authorization Trace related to "ME21N" (Relating to Create / Edit) which would be different to Authorization for "ME53N" (Relating to Display of MM-Object) ... Alternatively, check for "MEQ009" Message through ABAP-WatchPoint Debugging or Authorization-Debugging (link procedure WatchPoint / link Auth.Debug) ...

Not sure in which version you are working. If you are working in 4.6, then, have a look at OSS note 307172

Hi Kumar,

first check if the other users are really doing the same selection (especially with three checkboxes that are on the selection screen).

If its really the case that everything is the same and for one user the list is different, also check any missing authorizations by typing /OSU53 to the input field in the upper left corner. You should do it imediatelly after the message that no documents were selected. In case of missing authorization objects, I think that she/he will have problems to display this particular PR number directly in ME53n. So you may check this as well.

Lets see what you will find and then search for notes. There are several concerning document overview in ME21N.
