Purchase Requisition approved automatically

I already set up a purchase requisition approval workflow in Manage Purchase requisition workflow apps in SAP Cloud Public Edition 2402. When I finished creating the PR, the PR Status automatically approved. Is there any step of config that I miss? Please help. Thank you.

Hello, 
I am not an expert, but already worked with PR workflow processes. 
Try to look at this : How to Configure the Flexible Workflow for Purchase Requisitions | SAP Help Portal
If you do not want workflow to approve automatically, you need to define agents for approval - CB users that will be noticed in My inbox app, that approval is needed on created PR.
