Purchase Proposal to consider lead time * dayly consumption

Hi Experts.

I got next requirement:

There is a customer which wants to send a PO considering the qty calculated y MRP plus the consumed qty as long as the supplier delivers. For example:

There is a total demand by 1000 EA and the lead time is 15 days. If we know that every day we will consume 1 EA, purchase order proposal should be 1000 EA + 15 EA, so when supplier delivers we´ll get the original 1000 coming from demand and also 15 EA consumed by cot center consumptions.

Any idea of how can i achieve on this?
