Purchase Orders Delivery status

Hi Experts,

How can I finish delivery in purchase order that have been invoiced; PO status ( Follow-up document created ), Delivery status ( Partially delivered ), invoicing status ( Invoiced ).

Hi All,

About this topic, the business "accidentally" manually finish the Delivery status but the goods are not received:

Is there way to resume this PO back to pending delivery status so that I can do the Third-Party Purchase Order fulfilment when the items are delivered.
In case this is not possible, please help suggest alternative method

Dear Radwan,

You have the option to manually complete delivery/invoicing if you do not want to create the delivery/invoice documents.

You can do so in the Purchase Order -> Items tab->Finish (You can set purchase orders to completely delivered or completely invoiced by clicking Finish Delivery or Finish Invoice)

As i mentioned in my last comment to Arun, there's a technical error appears while finishing the delivery manually.

Hi Radwan,

This error will come generally if there is an add-on involved .

Kindly check if there are any add-ons in your system which may be triggering a change while processing the documents.

Hi mradwan_acc

In case if you do not expect any more deliveries for the PO, you can set the Delivery status to Finished manually. You can go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center -> Purchase Orders view -> Select the order -> Select the line item -> Select Finish -Delivery for the relevant item.

Now the delivery status will be set to manually finished and PO status will also set to Finished status depending on other item statuses.

I already did this, but when I finish it manually this error message appear (Technical error AP_ESI_COMMON 107; report an incident)
