Purchase order stuck on Automatic approval in process

Hi community,

We create purchase order by using Manage Purchase Orders app on SAP Cloud Public.

We did not set up flexible workflow. Only automatic release is activated.

Since last Monday, each time we create new PO, status stays on Automatic Approval in process.

I checked on Flexible Workflow Admistration app in order to compare old PO (without problem of approval) and new PO (with problem). I can see some difference on log but I can't explain that.

I saw some topics with same kind of issue but no answer to fix this problem.

did you ever resolve this? Im having the same issue - auto release POs are stuck in approval with status "In Release"
