Purchase Order Issue "BOM not found for this material/plant/usage"

Dear Folks,

I'm doing mass change for Purchase Order item, field Delivery Completed and confronting to 2 issues.

My clues at this current :

1. Issue No Empties could be found for material, I did check on material master, section Empties management has set as No Structure already.

2. BOM not found : this is material type LEER, particularly it's bottle, keg in beverage industrial, then no BOM as well. checked CS15, it's belong to many finished goods BOM.

Any ideas would be much appreciate.
