Purchase Order Blocking Reason

How can I add purchase order blocking reason in Central Business Configuration? I couldn't find any in CBC SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Hi, 

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud system, only Central Purchase contract is enable to have version management . 

The rest of Purchasing documents don't have this option. Please view KBA "0003351140 Version Management for Purchase order in SSCUI 103498" for more details.

May I ask if your issue occurred in Central Purchase contract or other system?

I have same requirement. How to define blocking reason id. I could not find any solution for this. Is this related to version management for po?
