Purchase & Sales Register in S4 Hana Public Cloud

Can please suggest is there any standard APPs available for the Purchase Register and Sales Register.

The apps available on the Fiori Library like Display Sales Registers , Display Purchase Registers are only available in an S/4HANA On Premise System , not S/4HANA Cloud

Display Purchase Registers https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('J1IPUR')/S28OP

This would be missing functionality . Please follow the KBA 2963059 ( https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2963059 ) and submit a feature request if you would like them added
