Hi experts,
I'm new to S4 Hana cloud, and im wondering how can i reflect the public holidays in the employees timesheet when i only use the Import employees when uploading employees in S4HC?

Hello Z,
S/4HANA is not the source system for HR data and therefore work calendars need to be maintained in your source HR system. If you are using success factors Employee Central, you would need to maintain your work calendars/holiday calendars in the Employee Central system. This data is then replicated to the S/4HANA system. We have also provided a Public API for replicating your employee's availability data. Availability data can be uploaded per employment contract.

Thanks for your reply. What if we only have S4 Hana system and calendar needs to be updated in the timesheet? There's a configuration in S4 hana cloud to update public holiday calendar does it not work the same as ECC on prem wherein when you update calendar if will flow thru the employees fact sheet?
