Hello,
My customer is wondering how to reset a task status in a QM notification when statut TSCO - Task completed was activated by mistake or user responsible has to come back on the analysis.
In the system the fonction "Reset task to released" is grayed.
I found some information but only linked on private cloud or on-prem system

Does someone know if the fonctionnalities is available in public cloud and how to proceed?
Thanks in advanced.

Hi,
maybe some more details.
As Matt mentioned functionality is hidden in public cloud means in apps for Quality Notification corresponding button is not visible and in apps for Tasks of Quality Notifications entry in menu is greyed out.
Currently there are no concrete plans to offer this in public cloud.
As an alternative you may check functionality offered for Defects and QualityTasks.
If that does not fit and you need this "re-open" feature you may check note 2963059 - How to Submit Feature Requests for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition to get this validated.
Regards,
Udo
