Public Cloud Edition: Email status 'sent' in app: Monitor Email Transmission but not reach to gmail

Hi Expert,

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud 

I have configured the sender and receiver in "Manage your solution".

The PO approval email generated in "Monitor Email Transmission" app and showing status as sent but with status code 718.

The email not reach to recipient mailbox. Do you have any idea what to check for this?

Hi @Monddes,

I would recommend reviewing the following knowledge base articles that describes your scenario and contains the resolution:

Additionally please validate the allowed email domains and default email address for email outbound (SCCUI 101311, 101312 and 101313). If the address doesn't match with the sender or recipient domains on the allowlists, the email will not be sent. For more detailed information: Regulating Email Outbound

DKIM setup, etc?
