Project Task wise Approval Set up in the purchase order

Dear SAP Experts, 

Purchase order related to project task not going to responsible personal approval why ?
Below steps followed for testing
1. Completed approval set up in the purchase order related to project task
2. Posted purchase order id :2162, for the project task : DCP176-01, ( Responsible person - Tanja Oster )
3. In the purchase order approval set up its showing Joachim Geerling and Remo Vettiger

Please refer attached process screen shot , help us to resolve this issue
