Project System service POs partial closed

We have to close or partially received service POs driven from project systems. we release strategy implemented on our service POs.

Hi,

There are 2 options I could suggest:

1. Create a new SES with empty service lines and flag as delivery complete indicator and save. This will close the PO.

2. Flag the delivery complete indicator manually for the PO - refer the note # 2634029 - How to close a service PO

Thanks Prasoon, but how to create a SES with empty service lines .. system not allowing that

it is not possible to close a service PO with a delivery completed indicator . you can only lock or delete the line to remove any commitment that may still exist on the PO. You may try thru MEMASSPO txn

I think you mean it is a purchase order created from a PR originated in Project. You can lock the PO line item in case of service PO.

service po is not editable as release strategy implemented and we to close service PO not lock it.
