Proforma Invoice Form Templates in S4 HANA Public Cloud

I have tried to create Proforma Invoices for both Sales Orders and Delivery Orders in S4 HANA Public Cloud.

However, only the BILLING_DOCUMENT output type, SDBIL_CI_STANDARD_TH template is defaulted,

and unable to select any other output type or form templates.

Dose anyone know which Form Templates is used for "Proforma Invoice" or we need to custom the new one?
