Profitability of Service Bundle (SRV_BUNDLE_02)

Hi all,

I am looking for a solution to analyze the profitability of a service bundle item (like srv_bundle_02) used in a time and material service order. SAP Help says:

Financials and Controlling

The contribution margin is determined for the main item of the service bundle. Costs are posted from the service confirmation items with the exception of procured service parts and third-party service performers where the costs are obtained from the supplier invoice.

I tried to analyse the service bundle items by using the Service Order Actuals app, but when I enter the item number of the service bundle item the following warning is displayed: "Resultset for query 2CCFISERVORDQ2401 is empty"

Could you please help me to find a way the analyse the profitability per service bundle item. Especially for service orders with two service bundles, including their subitems.

Hi Julius,

not sure why you can not analyze the profitability of a service bundle in the "Service Order Actuals" app.

Do you experience the same issue in the "Product and Service Margin" Report?
