Profit center determination in service orders

Hi experts.

We are configuring the process "Corrective Service with Advanced Execution" (6AU). Every time we add a product in a service order the error "No profit center can be derived" appears, no matter what service product is added:

The substitution rule for CRM is already set:

The material has a profit center in the master data and the service organization also has a cost center assing:

But the profit center determination is failing. Has anyone had this error? What is the way to solve it. Thanks in advance.
