Please let me know clearly about the Profile match up.
Hi,
This function enables you to compare the qualifications and requirements of objects (persons, applicants, jobs, positions, and so on) against each other. The required and existing proficiency of each qualification is also taken into account. This means, for example, that you can compare an employeeu2019s qualifications with the requirements of the position this employee holds to see how suited the employee is to this position. You can include an unlimited number of objects in a profile matchup.
SAP Transaction Code: PEPM
Report used to generate PEPM is: SAPLRHPP
Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel development ® Information system ® Reports ® Organizational unit ® Profile matchup: Position/Holder
The Match Up Positions With Holders for an Organizational Unit screen appears.
Enter the object ID of an organizational unit in the Organizational Unit field, or the name of an organizational unit in the Search string field, and choose Enter.
To evaluate several organizational units, choose Multiple selection.
Enter the key date for your planning scenario in the Key date field.
To display the training courses proposed for any qualification deficits that might arise, select the Generate training proposals flag.
If you want the list to include only qualification deficits, select the Qualification deficits only flag.
Choose .

Hi,
Go PEPM.. and maintain 24 for applicant, then do a profile match up fpr this applicant against a position
then maintain the qualification for particular applicant in pb30 infotype 24 then execute PPEM
