Professional Super User Not Able To Cancel Journal Entry

Dear Experts,

I need to know why a SAP Business One Super User with Professional license, cannot cancel a Journal Entry (the suspended menu does not appear). In all the journal entries, including those that the user created.

With the manager login the menu appear and I am able to cancel.

Hi Willian, Is this happening to a particular user or all of them (super users)? Have you tried creating another Super User, assigning it a pro license, and checking whether you can cancel the JE? This is very odd. It might be related to the UI, so if this test doesn't work, you could restore the UI on that specific form. Good luck!

Hi,

I hope you have checked the General Authorizations and Additional Authorization Creator.

You can also check by creating a new user and assigning it the Profession User License and check if it works in that.

Hello, for new users and users that are not in the same group it works. I will try to remove the user from the group and add the user again. I will consider your answer as accepted. Thank you
