Proejct field is not filled properly

Dear all,

i realised that the project field in journal entries is not filled some times

could you please tell me which can be the reason?

there are some invoices that the project field is filled and some other invoices that the project field is empties in the first line of the Journal entries where the Cardcode is displayed

Hi

The account is associated to BP, and if the BP has the Project empty SBO does not fill this field.

You have to fill the Project field in BP Master Data.

there are some Journal entries that the field project is filled and the field in BP is empty....

Can you check if these journal entries were recorded in the same SBO version?

Can you check it the BP Project field was empty when the journal entry was recorded?

i wrote the following query

select Project,* from jdt1

and the result is the following

in all the records, the business partners has empty this field

i wrote the query

select ProjectCod from aCRD

where cardcode='2223'

and all the lines are NULL

in the journal entry form, you can modify the Project when you want. Check if this is true.
