Production version automatically selcted when raising a process order

hi,

I have a material set up with 2 different production versions using two different resources, however when a process order is raised, selection of which version to use is not possible and the process order always defaults to production version one.

Hi Sean,

You need to set up the following settings in order to popo up production version selection during process order creation.

Configuration COR4

Material master MRP 4 view Selection method to 2

Please note that production version selection pop up will be displayed during manual creation of the process order. Planned order to process order conversion will not popo anything system by default selected first production version based on lot sizes.

You can define in customizing if the production version will be automatically or manually selected for your order type. The relevant customizing transaction is COR4.
