Production Order Settlement with TECO/DLV Status

We have few production orders that are not yet completely settled. However, WIP is posted into Finance.

Now we have converted their status to TECO yesterday (15.01.2025) and trying to settle them.

We did the WIP / Variance calculation for them again and now running the settlement in CO88 for 12/2024 period.

But the system is not settling anything saying that there is no accrued cost on them for settlement.

When we try the settlement for them for 01/2025, settlement is happening and the variances are shown in the test run.

Why can't we settle them in 12/2024 ? These orders have many transactions posted in 12/2024 period also and logically it need to have settlement in 12/2024 also ?

Are we missing something here ? Please advise.

Please provide the solution if you find it.
We are facing the exact same problem with a process order that should be settled in December 2024. The system is rejecting it and only accepting it in January 2025.

The final settlement after the variance calculation can only happen when the order status is TECO/DLV. The Order status for the period 12/2024 is not TECO/DLV. WIP is calculated & settled only for the period 12/2024 and Variance is calculated & settled only for the period 01/2025. Hence the final settlement after the variance calculation can only happen for the period 01/2025 during which the order status is TECO.
