Production order operation status should be QAHO when order is release

Hello All,

I am having one requirement where user is expecting that once the Production order is released the last operation in the order should have status as QAHO (Quality hold) automatically.

I checked the status profiles BS02.

Should I have to create an new profile in BS02 with only QAHO and assign the same in OPJG for the operation status profile?

I am not sure on this

Hello All,

I have created the new status profile with QAHO and assigned to order type for the Oprtn status profile in OPJH.

Also I have set the Confirm order as Forbidden in the profile.

Now I can see the QAHO in the order for the user status. but when I tried to confirm the order in CO11N, I am able to confirm the order.

This is something strange.

We are planning for the enhancement. But for that should I have to create a new profile with QAHO and assign in order type.

What you said is correct you Should create a new profile in BS02 with QAHO and assign the same in OPJG for the operation status profile in OPJG

But that will set the QAHO for all operations in the order.

we need the QAHO for the last operation in the order only.
