Production order GR .Document XXXXXXX does not contain any selectable items Message No M7064

Getting an error while doing Goods receipt (MIGO) for a Production order.  Production operations are completed (CNF), all operation are confirmed with total yield qty, it was never deleted or teco'd, doesn't have any COGI either, planning plant and production plant is same, I Don't see anything wrong with it , but still getting that error, could you please help? Below is the Status's for Production order. 
REL Released
PRT Printed
CNF Confirmed
PRC Pre-costed
BCRQ Order to be handled in batches
MACM Material committed
RESA Results analysis carried out
SETC Settlement rule created.

Can you please share the screenshot of the Production Order Main screen, then GR Tab in Production Order and while doing GR what exactly error you are facing. Let me know

Hello @MO_Lee , Production order may be set with final delivery marked (AFPO-ELIKZ), hence you may not be able proceed order further.

Hello there

Could it be that a final confirmation with quantity 0 was posted? This updates AFPO-IAMNG, leading to this message. Set the "Propose All Items" flag (Settings -> Default Values) in MIGO and try again.

Nope, all operations were confirmed with total qty correctly, none of the operation have any scrap or less qty than yeild.
