Production order error KO-115

Hello Experts,

A production order was created, released and goods were issued. Then all the components were reversed using the movement type 262.

but when we try to delete the order, error message is being displayed "Balance of order xxx is not zero".

How to delete the order?

Hi,

Production order can not be deleted. But you can TECO - technically complete the order by doing CO02>function>tec. complete.

This is a process of forcefully completing the order.

After this do your settlement and close the order.

Hi Rangith,

What is the price control indicator are you using, In this case i think you are using Moving Average Price. Since you are using moving avg price The price of the materials may differ between the time of Goods Issue and Reversal of Goods Issue !

Mean time you can post the balance amt to another production order and try to set the deletion flag
