Dear Expert,
We are following the process industry.
We have a scenario to produce X item 10000 pcs to it will take 1 HR and 10 labors or required
Say for example due to an emergency we wanted to complete the production before 1 hour so we added 5 more laborers and we finished the production in 40 minutes. In such cases, if 2 employees are absent we will manage with 8 laborers that time production time will take more than 1 hr
The system calculates the cost based on Labor hours, not the number of laborers.
We have mapped the formula labors * number of employees. But still, it is not calculated like that
We have created a labor person separately and tried but still, we are facing the same issue
I have mentioned the calculation with examples in the excel
Request clarification before answering.
Hi prince_ebi,
Did you get it sorted?
Reading through your post, it seems you are doing more planning with these changes, correct?
Have you already checked out 3LQ (Production Capacity Leveling (3LQ))?
What are your workers entering in the confirmation/time ticket ? I would think that would point you more toward your actuals.
Thank you
Jerry
