Production 2 line process

Hello,

I have a First process which manufacture the Tire(Production line-1), once tire is produced then only can make the Car(FG).(Production line -2).

May i know how can i map this process in SAP connecting together?

Hello Shri, You use, multiple methods to integrate below process in SAP, 

1. BOM will having multiple level like MFG of tire and followed by car assembly, Tyre and Car assembly will be treated as separate Material number.

2. You can use different operation 0010 Tire making , 0020 - Car assembly with same material number.

3. You can also use REM process with Reporting point confirmation.
