Product value help not showing any product list for a sales order

While creating a new sales order, the product list is not showing.

Dear Customer,

The product list is determined by the Sales Organization and Distribution Channel. However, if the distribution channel differs between the sales order and product master data, the system will not display the product in the list. The products will only be displayed when the Sales Organization and Distribution Channel match between the sales order and product.
