We have the scenario regarding the MRP Area in our industry:
Outside the area, we have three storage locations: the Storage location with supplies for production (ROH), the Storage location for the production of HALB and FERT, and the Storage location for sales, where we have imported goods (HAWA) and FERT. We configured it this way so that these warehouses have visibility of all the requirements and can generate planned orders and requisitions correctly. Inside the area, there are the Storage locations that are not used for sales (warranty, discard...).
The issue is that some HAWA items we sell are also used in production as raw material for FERT, and the balance of this HAWA in production sometimes doesn’t have a production order attached and ends up being sold. Is there a way to restrict the ATP and sales view to the sales warehouse only? Or is there a better suggestion for a solution?
