Product Allocation- Issue with consumed quantity

Hi,

There is a quota of 100 for one product and one customer.
I created a sales order for 100, then a delivery of 100, but I did only a Goods Issue of 50.
The system used 100 as a consumed quantity, not 50 like in the Goods Issue. Why is this? How can I change it?

Hi Stefan,

The product allocation consumption is only linked to the sales order confirmed quantity. The delivery creation has no effect on the product allocation consumption. You could do a change in the sales order and reduce the requirement quantity 100 to the delivered quantity 50 - this action would reduce the allocation consumption.
