Process to follow after obtaining license for SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service

Hello All,

In order to submit the Report electronically from Statutory Reporting to Government portal (between S4 to government portal) , business has received the license of SAP Document and Reporting compliance Service.

So can anyone guide what will be the next process for this to setup ?

We are working on Public cloud 3 SL.
