Process Instruction doesn't generate in Process Order

Hello Gurus,

I have a problem for creating process order ,

I have define process instruction categories (O12C) as Z_CONF1 with Process Instr.Type 0

I have maintain the control recipe destination as "Z1" using type "4" and i have assign the process instruction categories Z_CONF1 to the control recipe destination,

but when i create the process order from the planned order, then i check to operation inside process order, the process instruction categories did not generate

Anyone can solve this problem?

Hi,

You have mentioned that in O10C the CRD (Control Recipe Destination) is 4 which signifies that it is Browser based PI Sheet and hence instead of using the Process Instruction Type as '0' it is better you use it as '2' (process Data request). Check the CRD is properly assigned to Master Recipe.

Moreover I am not sure but have to tried to generate the Control Recipe in Process Order by clicking on the RED-WHITE ICON on the Process Order screen (Else Press CTRL + F9). Check whether the PIGN status is getting generated or not.

And Yes one more point. IT will be good if you can provide the screen hot of O10C (Process Instruction Assigned Tab) and the O12C Screen shot

Hi Rizki,

Pls check ur master recipe -> process instruction tab -> thn click on generate tab if all process instruction available in this tab.

In master recipe if all phases assigned to ur operations then check the destination which is maintained in O12c.

Create process order order menu level click generate wheel tab it will generate ur PI.
