Problems finding fiori apps in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

Hi, I’m having trouble finding certain Fiori apps. For example, in the case of the app 'Maintenance Planning Overview,' it appears as available for the 2502 version of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud:

I have the corresponding Business Role assigned (BR_MAINTENANCE_PLANNER, copied from the standard SAP_BR_MAINTENANCE_PLANNER). Even with all this, I still can't find the Fiori app.

What stands out to me is that the catalog corresponding to this app (SAP_EAM_BC_ORD_MC) is not included within the SAP_BR_MAINTENANCE_PLANNER role, and I also can't add it manually since no results appear when I search for it.

I am currently working with the scope items 4HI, 4HH, 4VT, and 4WM.

Any idea why I can't find the app?

Thanks in advance!

This is just an working assumption...

Refer to this SAP note: 3495202 - App Maintenance planning Overview not found - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

That overview page application "Maintenance Planning Overview" had a series of cards in it, that filtered based on Notification & Maintenance Order System Status (It would work if you were using the older scope items BH1, BH2, BJ2).

It looks like if you use Public Cloud with JUST the newer scope items for Reactive & Proactive Maintenance (the old scope items are not activated), then we have moved onto the newer 'Phase Model' and to avoid confusion, it will not show this app in your system.

It is a little confusing, and I'm assuming that its not reflected as depreciated in the Fiori apps library, because it technically is still active (for the older scope).

The recommendation would be to refer to the standard backlog Fiori apps in the Reactive Maintenance scope item instead.

Thank you very much, Tim. For a moment, I considered the possibility that it was due to the scope items I have activated. My mistake for not finding the note you mentioned. Thanks again!
