Hey Kennedy,
Thanks for help but when I filter it I can't find LDG1 which is a Layout ID of General ledger. Is this file is meant for only these documents that are enlisted in it. As according to the .pdf file I have to follow some steps but I can't find the Type Code LDG1 in the .xls file..
And I find 1350 as BP Street where as I inserted 135 for BP Address and is showing me fine in General Ledger PLD.
Can you please elaborate a bit that how can I map the variables of PLD in it?? Is there any technique to do so??
Regards,
Idrees
Hi,
Please check with SAP notes specially for General ledger.
867048
- List of variables for designing the General Ledger layout
In that, there is no variable for mobile and email.

Nagarajan
Dear Idrees,
First, in General Ledger report, add the desired field by "Form Setting" and then, place the cursor on it to find the variable code on message space, at below of application window.
If you can't find your desired field on "Form Setting", you can go in PLD and (1) add a Database field in your layout and (2) find the related table in the content tab and choose it. (3) Then choose desired filed on . (4) finaly relate the field to related field in layout (like joining tables in query).
for your issue, you need add desired filed from OCRD table (Business partners table) and related it to BP code field in layout.
Please close issue if the answers are helpful.

Hi,
I'm sorry to tell you that you can't insert the customer address in the General Ledger PLD. I was trying to do the same but I was not able to do it.
The solution is to create a report in Crystal Reports.
