Problem in KSS2

Dear Experts,

We have problem in the Actual cost splitting form KSS2 . We have Posted the SKF from the T code KSU5 and value has been distributed from service cost center to the Production cost centers S_ALR_87013611 -

But in the KSS2 system is showing the allocation amount distributing for all activity types.

Example:- We did KSU5 for Permanent labour The amount of Permanent labour should show in the Permanent labour column along with actual cost But the system is dividing for all please help

As screen shared equilance number we maintained as 1.

If we changed equilance number what would be impact and how equilance number works

Dear VVF Core Team

Please check cost elements in your cost element groups that you assigned to each activity type. I think you are maintaining same cost elements in different cost element groups. if its fine then you have to check your splitting structure again

As per my knowledge there are two ways to maintained planned cost.1st one is to maintain planed cost in KP06 with combination of cost element group, activity type and cost center and the other one is to maintained fixed and variable cost in KP26 with combination of activity type and cost center and maintaining splitting structure for each activity type with cost element group.

We have assigned the production cost center to splitting structure

we are maintaining price for each of activity type with KP06 with cost element group

Can you please guide us how to maintain Target cost with each cost element wise ?

Did you assign splitting structure to production cost center? Are you mapping cost elements in splitting structure along with particular activity type or you are using cost element group in it?(Please check in "Selection for assignment" in right side of splitting structure). I guess cost elements assignment is duplicating in your splitting structure against different activities. For better understanding Please share screenshot of splitting structure

Thanks for your reply

We are using Rule 1 (Split According to Activity QT) against the Acclivity type.

& also confirm us why the system is allocating the cost to all activity types

as per my understanding if the Target cost not maintain for the particular cost element

system will take value from eqvilance and divide the value from above activity cost element

is my understanding correct please correct me if i am wrong.
