Problem in Good Receipt Cancellation

Dear Experts,

I have created a sales order with wrong UOM and completed all process. To change UOM I've cancelled Billing Documents, removed OBD from SHIPMENT, reversed Good Issue, Created Return to stock (LT0G), Confirmed TO, Deleted OBD and deleted PO Item. But the problem is when I going to cancel GOOD RECEIPT then system showing below message :

Deficit of SlsOrd.st. unr. prev 212 PCS : 1000293 1200 PLLC E

Message no. M7021

1200 is my sales org, PLLC is my stoarge location.

Would you pls advise us where I did mistake or left any process? Pls also let me know how can I overcome this situation & cancel GOOD RECEIPT ?

While cancelling the PGI the stock might not have posted to sales order stock .Thats why you dont have stock for GR cancellation .

1.Get that stock into sales order stock using 412 E movement type in MB1B transaction.

2.Now cancell the GR .It wil work

Now in MMBE stock is lying as "Sales order stock" If yes it will allow you to do cancel.

did you give the sales order number in MB1B .The stock should be displayed as a sales order stock in MMBE transaction .You caould see the sales oreder and item number and qty in MMBE . If it is not assigned to that particular sales order ,you cant reverse it.

Hi Ripon,

The error message tells you that is insufficient sales order stock for previous period.

Please check in table MSKAH-KALAB for corresponding material/plant/sales order, and if there is no

stock, then you cannot cancel the GR against previous period. You need to raise the sales order

stock for previous period, and then cancellation will be possible.

Fyki, when I did MB1B, I forgot to put Special Stock E then save then below message shown :

Stock to be removed from storage same as stock to be placed into storage

When I going to do MB1B once again by giving Special stock E then below message showingwhich fyi...

Cancel the MB1B document in MBST and again post with sales order in MB1B .
