Hi,
i have a question regarding MB26.
PM-Order 123 was created 3 month ago with a reservation for Material A from warehouse stock. Stock availability was below the reserved quantity hence MRP issued order 980.
A few weeks later PM-Order 124 was created with a reservation for the same stock material. Again MRP issued new order. 981.
Again a few weeks later, warehouse posted GR for order 980. Stock level increased. MB26 created a pick list but for PM-Order 124. I was expecting that who reserved first will receive first.
Is there any prioritization in MB26 and can than be customized? Looked at the code and seems to be that it is sorting by reservation number but i am not sure about that. Should sort by PM-Order criticality or by date when reservation was created.
Any ideas how MB26 decides which reservation needs to be considered first?
Thanks
Tobias

Did you alreaady heck In order header, Dates : Date and Priority and in component requirement date. (Also check those values replicated in reservation)

I believe you need to run transaction COGI to clear the nil stock error after or before MB26 is run. Here is a description on what COGI does.
COGI is used to check and clear error records that occur during backflushing or automatic goods receipt in production orders. When automatic goods issue or receipt is used, failed goods movements will be captured in error records that can be viewed and reprocessed using COGI.

hello @Schorsch8 ,
1. You can try with requirement date in reservation number. Maintenance order basic start date is updated as requirement date in reservation. This date will be used in PR and then in PO. So as per the requirement date material should be issued.
2. You can request user to maintain a higher reorder level for the material in material master in MRP view.
3. You can trigger an email when GR is posted against the PO to the department members. But here everyone will get intimated about GR so anyone can grab the material. Try to control by discipline.
