Printing options Header Conditions

Hi All,

In the pricing procedure for Sales in S4 Hana Cloud solution, I could not fount the option X (Printing at totals level) and S (printing at items level).

It is clear to me that header conditions distributes over the items, we do not want to print on item level at the order confirmation. Therefore the option X (we use in on-prem version) is a nice option. I checked the configuration possibilities in S4Cloud but could not find an alternative. Does any of you know if this feature (print at totals level) is still supported in S4Cloud?

Hello Annemarie,

SAP recommends to use only print types from the following set: A, B, C, D, a, b, c, d.

Therefore please use print type 'a' (at item: general) instead of print type 'X',

and print type 'A' (in total: general) instead of print type 'S'.

Hi Kerstin,

Thanks for responding so fast. Unfortunately, also with print type A, the distributed header condition is included in the item price. It is printed as a total, which is OK, but also in the items; item price is increased with the distributed amount on the output.

Hello Annemarie,

it is not possible to control by the print types whether the distributed header condition is included in the item price or not. With print type ‘A’, you control that the header condition is shown separately on the print output. With print type ‘a’ however, you control that the items show in a separate line the values distributed by the header condition.
