Printing option for Multiple form 16 for all employees at a time.

Dear Expert

Require option of getting print of multiple Form 16 (i.e., for all employees). i.e., without opening/saving Form 16 for each employee.

We have option for next in standard process. can you do print all the form 16 for few number of employee without going next next option

please help me if there is any such option

Hi,

Use the Tcode pdf! you would get the form for all the employees in pdf format try to save it.you would get for batch employees.

I go with t code PC00_m99_F16, then i get all the list of employee for form 16.

now where to use this PDF! code.

Hi,

Please enter t code PDF! in command bar once after you get the screen where form16 pdf form previewed.(The same screen where you will press next button to view Form 16. Do not go back).

I got it . but i am not able to save all the employees PDF form at a time. I need to use next button & click allow, then it is saving in desktop.

can be possible to save all the PDF forms for all employee with t code PDF! at once time??

If you select SAP script instead of Adobe PDF in the Output format section of the selection screen, you can print multiple employees at the same time.

In print preview are you able to see Form 16 one by one?

if yes,

Use t code PDF! in a same screen when you are able to view print preview.
