Printing COA for single batch with multiple handling units

Hi Experts,

There is requirement for our client to print the COA at outbound delivery using single batch and multiple handling units. It is explained as below.

Business creates process order of 1000 TONS, create 1 batch per PO. They confirm the PO partially on daily basis as pallets. 

Day 1: 100 TON, 1 pallet (Pallet is considered as 1 handling unit and multiple handling units are within the pallet). Now in EWM, they can create the inspection lot based on the pallet and result recording and usage decision can be done at pallet level.

Now at the time of delivery, Single batch will be having multiple pallets (Handling units) in it, and all the pallets will be having different inspection results. Now our client wants to print the COA based on the batch (not based on the Handling units) by averaging the results from inspection lots available for Handling units.

Please help me, how this can be handled in standard SAP QM.
