Print option doesn't show up in menu tree in maintenance orders

Hello Dears,

Currently when i need to print an order i cannot find this path in my system : Order > print > Order

only i have the print icon in the tool bar but when i press on it the system automatically save the order then says that the order shop paper printed, but i need to select the shop papers needed to be printed and the option of print preview it.

Never seen this before. I think you should raise this issue with SAP because there is something wrong with this functionality.

That is correct. When you select 'Order' it should give you the 'Select Shop Papers' window with the print button

The Print name seems to be changed to Output. No idea why though and it should work the same as before.

it is not changed to output, it is still missing as the choice of the order in output doesn't trigger the shop paper selection
the only way to print for me is via tcode IW3D

We are on S/4 2021 and the Work Order menu says print. You don't get these options when you select 'Output'?

I only get these choices only and none of them is related to printing and i also have access on a server s/4 2021 and the print option is there normally.

yea i could do this but my question was about the menu tree print option in IW32

Try 'Output'. That is where Print usually is but for some reason your version of SAP calls it Output

I have tried every option in the menu tree and i couldn't find it .. maybe it's the version ?! it is S/4hana 2022

@AhmedAlaa58 Have you got any solution for this? I am also facing the same issue in S4 HANA - Work Order Print option is not coming , in place it is showing Output.
