Hi Gurus,
We have a requirement to Print and Archive the Quality Certificate which gets created when the Delivery is issued.
NACE settings are done to get the Quality Certificate Printed automatically, but it is not getting archived.
Let me know if we can handle this in standard?

Hi Craig,
The configuration was already done, still no luck.
What we have found is to configure Optical Archive ? Trying to find out solution to setup the system.

Did you define the Archive link?
QM-->Quality Certificates-->Process Output-->Define Archive Link
In there look for BUS2045/QMOCERT. You should have a entries there for Cont. Rep ID and the Relationship. You may need your BASIS people to identify the proper entries for your system.

Hi Craig,
Thanks for your response.
Can you details where this is configured ?
I have configured in OAC0 / OAC2/ OAC3 used the document type QMOCERT and assigned a BUS2045. Do we need to config new Content ID or whether any standard ID available to use ?
When i try to print and archive the certificate in VL71 with Print and Archive, i get a message Archiving not possible, configure Optical Archiving.

In config you defined the archive link for LIPS or BUS2045 depending if you are making COA's for inspection lots or deliveries?
You also turned on storage in "Define Output Types with Certificate"?
If you are trying to make certs for batches (QC22), archiving is not supported.

Hi Craig,
This is the doubt i have. Delivery is having Batches assigned to the line item.
But still, there is a concept called Optical Archiving ? I heard this needs to be configured to do archive during printing. This needs to be handled by Basis, so waiting for them to complete it.
Still there is no conclusion.
