Hi Team,

We are implementing Services Public cloud 2402 Version.

I am facing some issue in my Service Order, how do i get the pricing in to my Service Order and also i want to know what are the steps to proceed and the configuration part.

I observed there are so many item categories there, so what are the Item categories using the stock item, non stock , external services, Expenses items and condition types also.

If the stock item system will generate the Reservation, so this where do we configure? and also non stock item configuration?

Please guide me on this particular area.

Regards,

Narasimharao

Hi @pdattatray,

Thanks for your questions.

1. Service Order also uses the SD pricing engine. Condition type PPR0 is usually used for one-time services. SAP delivers standard pricing settings, so you can find the standard pricing procedure (A10018 for example) for reference.

2. For detailed item categories, you can refer to Items and Item Categories.

3. For stock items, you must make sure the service product must have been created successfully as described in Master Data Script 3KV. Furthermore, you may need to first complete Master Data Script Create New Open MM Posting Period (BNZ) to post stock. For more information, you go to SAP Signavio Process Navigator for test script of the relevant scope item (3D2). About the feature details, see Simulative Availability-to-Promise (ATP) Check and Reservation of Service Parts.

Feel free to leave a message if you have further questions.

Best regards,

Wei
