Hi all, i am trying to post Quotation document but system is giving me this error;
Message No. V1801
The obligatory condition UTXJ does not exist. The document is therefore considered to be incomplete from the point of view of pricing. The cause can be, for example, that a condition record does not exist for condition UTXJ or that a field overflow has occurred when the condition amount was calculated.
Check why the condition could not be found. Use the pricing analysis function on the pricing screen to do this. If necessary, add the missing condition manually to the document.
Request clarification before answering.
First of all check in your document you are creating (Quotation / Sales Order) which pricing procedure is assigned. you can check it when you go in to the material line item, and then in condition tab, then click on the Analysis button and now you now your Pricing Procedure.
Now in Customizing go to the screen of "Define and Assign Pricing Procedure" (SIMG > Sales and Distribution > Basic Functions > Pricing > Pricing Control > Define and Assign Pricing Procedures)
Here go to screen of Set Pricing Procedure (V/08), and now here search for your Pricing Procedure you'd in your document, select it and then go to folder of "Procedure - Control Data".
Here at its screen, now look for UTXJ, and you'll find the "Required" check box selected for this. unselect this here and save it.
Now you come back to your document (Quotation / Sales Order) and try to create it again, it'll be successfully created.
