Pricing error in item Message no. VF073

Hello.

I get this error in a cancellation invoice that contains only 1 line, a variant configured material and due to this error I have no FI document for it..

I checked all 3 documents: SO, sales invoice and cancellation invoice and they look identical at the pricing procedure level - same number of lines and values, all of the pricing conditions have green traffic light and also all the conditions are within the validity time range.

The pricing procedure has only 1 mandatory condition that was not determined in any document due to requirement not being fulfilled.

I'm not able understand what is wrong here but I'm looking forward to receiving guidance from you, thank you.

Hello.
May I kindly suggest you to read again my first posting? It contains everything you need to know about my work.
There is nothing to be filled for the mandatory condition, I explained in my first posting that its requirement is not met for it and that is the reason that particular pricing condition is not active in any of the 3 documents mentioned: sales order, first invoice and cancellation invoice. Since the pricing problem is only active in the cancellation invoice I'm confident to believe that's not the cause of my problem.

What else can you suggest for me?

If you switch to the conditions tab, won't it report which condition is wrong?

Hello.
CONCLUSION: Due to the lack of any traction we opened a case with SAP the the consultant told us he needs to directly remove the flag "Price not OK" from our database as he was not able to determine any reason for the current status, he concluded the assigned status is incorrect.

No, it won't, all pricing conditions display a green traffic light all all 3 documents, sales order, sales invoice and cancellation invoice.

Hi @Kaitlin,

The requirement is used to check whether certain conditions are fulfilled in a pricing procedure.
Ex: Req 2 will check whether that particular line item;s item category is relevant for pricing, if it is relevant then the price will be calculated if not the condition will become inactive.

Kindly, check what that particular requirement checks and change the invoice value as required.
What is the requirement number used in your case?

Hello.

My pricing procedure has many conditions and most of them have requirements to be fulfilled.

If you read what I wrote then you know that none of the pricing conditions displays any red traffic light - in other words they seem to be OK - so please explain what exactly are you asking from me.
