Hello,
We have price date category functionality in MM for PO
In that we have options like
Etc…
GR date:
If we use “GR date” as Price control date then while posting GR, price will be determined as per GR date not from PO
For example “
PO created on October 2015 with the price of 100 EUR and the price changed to 150 EUR from November and I kept price date category in PO as-GR date
So when we GR price 150 EUR will be copied from Condition record
My question is:
While posting MIRO which price will be fetched to the Invoice? Price from PO or GR price?
My requirement is, system has to fetch price to invoice as per GR date/from GR, not from PO? Is it possible? Do I need any enhancement or config to be done to achieving this?
What is SAP standard behavior in this case?
Delivery Date:
If we use “Delivery date” as Price control date then while posting GR, prices still come from PO even though there is new price in condition record for that delivery date
For example:
If I use “Price date category “as delivery date -November 2015
PO created on October 2015 with the price of 100 EUR and the price changed to 150 EUR from November and I kept price date category in PO as-Delivery date
While doing GR on November, Still I am seeing price coming from PO (i.e 100 EUR) not the latest price 150 EUR as per delivery date, is this SAP standard Behavior? Why its not fetching latest price as per delivery date?
What is the difference between delivery date & GR date functionality in SAP?
Please explain
Thanks,
San
