Price catalogue Price determination not happening

Hi

currently I am working on a requirement, where I have to configure price catalog and when ever there any change in the price on VK 12, it should be updated on the price catelog too. I have been able to generate price catalog with VPRICAT transaction, but information is missing at the condition tab as well as it is asking for

I have already done setting in SPRO for the Requirements Profile and maintained the plant, order type, net price, condition type PR00 and tax condition MWST

Assortment, assortment module and their assignment has also been maintained

I have also maintained the ERN number and external pricing group in the material master

Maintained price in VK11 for the customer material combination

Can some one help me in explaining the reason and suggest me what needs to be done to address this issue?
