Previewing data failed | I_DebitMemoRequestItemCube | Custom CDS View

Hi SAP Folks,

I am trying to create a custom CDS view and i have not added any associated data source only primary Data Source "I_DebitMemoRequestItemCube"  but when I click preview of data it works perfectly with default 100 records but as I increase it to 1000 i get a error Previewing Data Failed.

Has any one facing same kind of issue , if yes what should i look for to correct this issue.
